Get ready to cut the glass, fire up the kilns and torches and create: The 2012 Glass Craft & Bead Expo is back and filled with quite a few new classes for you to explore. Step out of your "norm" and take a crossover class. This seems to be the "hot" thing to do.

We are happy to welcome back some popular instructors that haven't taught with us for a few years. Of course this only adds to our already impressive roster of instructors. Learn new techniques to add to your already proven ones. As always our show floor will be packed with over 120 exhibiting companies ready to show and explain to you all the latest technology. The economy is playing havoc with us all, however the glass community always steps up, puts their best feet forward and promotes what they love best: GLASS!

We continually try to enhance the Glass Craft & Bead Expo to bring you the most sought after techniques and tools making the Expo the premier event of the year! The 2012 Gallery of Excellence will be co-sponsored by GlassCraftsman Magazine and will be sure to bring out the "best of the best." The "demo" area for the 2012 show will be co-sponsored by Glass Patterns Quarterly and The Flow Magazines. They have compiled a fabulous line up of experts to bring you the new techniques and tools with live demonstrations each day on the show floor.

GlassCraft Inc. and A Sanborn Corporation have sponsored the recycling bins that you will see throughout the classroom areas as well as on the show floor. Please use them to dispose of your plastic water bottles and paper scraps. Slumpys is graciously suppling all students with lanyards for their class badges - which are being sponsored by D & L Art Glass Supply. Take a free shuttle to the fabulous Las Vegas Strip and back Saturday evening compliments of Pacific Art Glass.
