Events Calendar

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the studio glass movement. Celebrate by joining us on Pilchuck Glass School's Auction Tour. It begins with a private visit to Pilchuck's campus, followed by visits to internationally renowned private collections and the studios of leading glass artists.

Included as part of the tour package is admission to Pilchuck's Annual Auction at the Benefactor level, as well as four days of meals and transportation to all tour destinations.

Wednesday, October 10 - Saturday, October 13, 2012

Cost: $1,900 per person

Price includes: 
All meals as noted on final itinerary. 
All transportation other than airfare and airport-hotel.

Reservations are accepted on a first paid, first honored basis. Space is limited. To reserve your place, please pay $1,900 per person. 
A NOTE ON THE HOTEL: Tour price does not include your hotel stay. Pilchuck Glass School has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Seattle at a special rate. For reservations, please call 206-728-1000 or 1-800-228-3000 and mention that you are with the Pilchuck Glass School Auction Tour. If you wish to stay at another hotel, you may do so and taxi over to join the tour at The Westin. Since rooms at The Westin book up quickly, we suggest making your reservations as early as possible.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made after August 13, 2012 are subject to a $400 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after September 4, 2012 are non-refundable. Cancellations made by Pilchuck will be fully refunded.
ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS: The itinerary is subject to change. Every effort will be made to carry out the schedule as stated.
TRANSPORTATION: Each day's tour begins and ends at The Westin Seattle. Participants will be transported to all events by motor coach.
