Kay Bain Weiner, known in the industry as the First Lady of Glass, has combined her proven business acumen with her love of glass to develop the KBW Foundation, an organization with the goal of promoting glass art in schools. As the glass industry recovers from an economic landslide, Weiner feels that there can be a return to prosperity by embracing simpler times and basic glass instruction.
