About Us
In 1976, Alan and Jill Messer started the Palmetto Mirror & Art Glass Co. (PMAG), which specialized in leaded stained and beveled glass windows of all types for commercial, residential, churches and synagogues. PMAG also offered a large selection of stained glass, tools, and supplies for the professional and the hobbyist market.
Three years later, Alan formed another company that became one of the largest wholesale distributors of art glass and supplies in the South. For the next 30 years, both the retail and the wholesale companies grew and achieved economic success.
Now after selling the wholesale company, Alan and Jill have decided to liquidate their warehouse of glass: standard stock sheets by major glass manufacturers, as well as rare, one-of-a-kind sheets, hand-picked and personally collected by Alan over three decades (see photo gallery). It is a remarkable selection that will please the most discriminate taste of any professional as well as any hobbyist.
